CUSTOM HOME, NAPERVILLE

This house was a full gut, down to the studs. The second floor was completely removed and expanded as well as a large addition and new detached garage. Lighting layout was a major part of the project as there was many nooks which were illuminated with accent lighting to accentuate the custom wood trim.

COMPLETED COMMERCIAL PROJECT- Burr Ridge, IL.

This Project was a 30,000 SQ FT Remodel of an Existing Building. We built many new offices as well as a Production and warehouse area. We relocated and upgraded a 1200 amp service from one area of the building to another and have added many items to the new space as their needs have grown.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel

We are kitchen and bathroom specialists. Your kitchen is the most used area of your home for your family. It also happens to be the area of your home with the most circuits per square foot.

LAUNDRY AND LINEN FACILITY

This project was a new commercial build-out in a 10,000 square foot space. 2,500 square foot was used for office and showroom and the remaining 7,500 square feet was used to for laundering and dry cleaning the linens as well as storage.

HOUSE FLIP, OAK PARK

Full gut and remodel of a 70 year old home. The roof and the second story were removed and redone to add more usable square footage. The first floor was gutted down to the studs and the dingy basement was cleaned and emptied. We then ran all new electrical for this 3 bedroom three bathroom 2700 square foot home with a finished basement.

PRINT SHOP, DOWNERS GROVE

UPDATE: Donatello Electric has helped this company move to a larger facility in Naperville. New pictures coming soon.

We replaced and completely rewired the main distribution panel as well as several sub panels. New circuits were also added for various equipment in the shop as well as new circuits for the office. Numerous Items in the original panel was not labeled clearly or correctly. We were able to properly identify and label each circuit breaker.
